UChicago Innovation Fest 2017

The University of Chicago invites all members of the Chicagoland community to experience the innovation, cutting-edge research, and entrepreneurial activities happening on campus as part UChicago Innovation Fest.

UChicago Innovation Fest is a month-long celebration of the pioneering and entrepreneurial endeavors at the University of Chicago. It kicks off on May 2 and runs through June 1, 2017 with more than 40 sessions scheduled across Chicago and in other key cities around the country.

Highlights include Polsky Center’s Edward L. Kaplan, ’71, New Venture Challenge, a behind-the-scenes look at life as an entrepreneur at the university’s 34,000 square feet Polsky Exchange, special events featuring faculty who are bringing their ideas out of the lab and classroom by commercializing their research, and much more.  Join us to share solutions to big problems and ideate with leaders in business, healthcare, tech, and social and environmental policy.

This annual festival is led by UChicago's top innovative leaders, including the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, the Institute for Translational Medicine, the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation at Chicago Booth, and the Office Research, Innovation and National Laboratories.
